- Responsible for Guest Service Officer, Bell Boy & Telephone Operator

- Responsible for library, telephone operator,arrival & departure handling, cashiering & reception,

- Respond to client queries
- Promote spa products and services
- Conduct confirmation calls
- Conduct check in, check out and payment procedures

- Table set up, service & clearing
- Cashiering, ordering to the kitchen

- Maintain and stock product to established par levels

- Guest transportation
- Take care guest’s luggage
- Information for guest

- Essential for light, power, air conditioning and etc.
- Follow the report maintenance
- Function event

- Make up room in quota per day and complete the job within the assigned hour
- Check the cleanliness of clean room to make sure the rooms are completely set up and clean
- Maintain proper setting standard on air conditioning and thermostats
- Report any lost and found items or missing items from guestroom to Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Guest Service Manager & Executive Housekeeper
- Report maintenance problems to Housekeeping Supervisor and follow up

- Clean the front and back areas within the specified times.
- Clean and maintain the hygienic standards of all lobby, restrooms and corridor areas.
- Vacuum carpets and empty ashtrays and urns.

- Supports the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, line chefs as well as other kitchen employees in food production
- Assists kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients as well as delegates
- Assists the line chefs in the production of different foods for example vegetables, meats and pastries
- Assists the head chef in ensuring that food is prepared and served to the clients on time
- Assists the Executive Chef in ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen
- Helps the Executive Chef in the development of menus

- Wash dishes, pots, pans and etc. in kitchens.
- Clean kitchen and related equipment in kitchen and staff canteen.
- Maintain and stock product
